Private projects
Transcripts stay in the owner's workspace. There is no public Share URL in version one.
Failed work is refunded
Usage records are idempotent, so retries do not silently charge the same processing pass twice.

SRT and VTT are offered only when the transcript has verified cue timing.

Pricing questions
Do I need a subscription?
No. Choose a monthly plan when transcription is part of your regular workflow, or buy a non-expiring hour pack for occasional and project-based work.
What happens to unused monthly minutes?
Included subscription minutes reset at renewal. Purchased hour-pack minutes remain on the account and do not expire.
Is live refinement included in the live transcription charge?
No. The live model pass costs one minute per confirmed media minute. A later batch refinement is optional and costs one additional minute per media minute.
What happens when I have fewer than five minutes left?
A live session reserves the smaller of five minutes or the balance remaining. It does not require a full five-minute balance to start the final block.
Does generating show notes charge another transcription pass?
No second speech model runs for show notes. Very long recordings can have a summary limit, and a summary failure does not block the completed transcript.
